The 8 Work Packages


Work Package 1 – Project implementation and committees

Implementation phase of the project, selection of the team and definition of workplan and  management rules as well as implementation of the kick-off meeting, held at ITC, in January 2020.

Work Package 2 – E-learning courses development and facilities implementation

Development of 8 e-learning courses related to entrepreneurship in the agrifood sector and implementation of e-learning facilities and classrooms in the four Cambodian universities :  ITC, NUBB, RUA and RULE.
This work packages includes the training of Cambodian lecturer by lecturers from our European partners

Work Package 3 – Creation of a new pathway in Food Industry Entrepreneurship at RULE

Opening a new specialisation pathway in entrepreneurship in the agri-food section in the existing entrepreneurship and project Management Master at RULE university. Master in dual-diploma with the french university Lumiere Lyon 2

Work Package 4 – Agri-food challenges and agri-food labs development

Implementing Agri-food labs in three Cambodian Universities (NUBB, ITC and RUA) and training of technicians by French partner universities.

This work package also includes the organisation of two entrepreneurship innovation challenges at ITC and RUA and the pre-incubation of winning teams.

Work Package 5 – Implementation of Food-Safety labs

Implementation of Food safety labs in three Cambodian University (NUBB, ITC and RUA) and training of the technicians by the University of Liege in Belgium.

Work Package 6 – Pedagogical, Administrative and Financial Management

Work Package 7 – Quality assurance and monitoring

Implementation phase of the project, selection of the team and definition of workplan and  management rules as well as implementation of the kick-off meeting, held at ITC, in January 2020.

Work Package 8 – Dissemination and Exploitation

All communication and dissemination actions and events, including the organisation of one agri-food innovation challenge at NUBB
