FoodSTEM project plans, as part of its activities, the development of 8 e-learning courses by Cambodian university professors with the support of European partner universities; including 8 training sessions conducted by European professors.
These courses will be co-constructed and developed by the four Cambodian partner universities (NUBB, RULE, ITC and RUA) with guidance, support and training of the 3 European partner universities (Toulouse INP, Montpellier SupAgro and the University of Liege).
Lecturers from the four Cambodian Universities of the project, the University of Battambang, the Institute of Technology of Cambodia, the Royal University of Agriculture and the Royal University of Law and Economics will put together their expertise to create and develop cross-disciplinary courses designed to enhance entrepreneurship in the agri-food sector in Cambodia. These courses should answer the need of students and young entrepreneurs for transversal competences and specific knowledge of the Cambodian context and the local agri-food sector.
The courses will be available in the four partner universities and for its first stage, the project will focus on the development of 4 transversal courses on Entrepreneurship in agri-food industry, Food market, Agri-food supply chain and New product development, that will be integrated in a new pathway of master program at the Royal University of Law and Economics and in other bachelor and master programs at ITC, RUA and UBB.
